According to a report on Android and Me, the device has 'already leaked' in blogs and will include Android Jellybean. The report also suggests that the LG Optimus G would be the base of the Nexus device.

This rumor may be true since Google hasn't approached LG previously to build a Nexus smartphone. LG Optimus G sports a 4.7-inch HD display with 1280x768 pixel resolution, Snapdragon S4 Pro 1.5GHz quad-core processor, and 2GB of RAM.

However, the report is based on rumors and speculations, which can be confirmed only by the end of this month.

The previous two Nexus smartphones, Nexus One by HTC and Galaxy Nexus by Samsung were not launched in India. Samsung had announced via tweet that Galaxy Nexus wouldn't be launched in India.

The move had angered a lot of consumers who took to social media to express their disappointment.
