Google launches tools for Indian SMBs

BANGALORE, INDIA: Google India on Wednesday announced the launch of Google Global Market Finder and Google Ads for Global aimed at the burgeoning Indian SMB sector.

The Google Global Market Finder is a free online tool for advertisers to find new markets overseas, said a press release. It is designed to help businesses find the right customers, translate their websites and ad campaigns into local languages, and reach customers in foreign markets with relevant ads, the release added.

Google Ads for Global Advertisers is a new website and hub for businesses to identify, reach, and engage with customers worldwide

These two tools will be available to advertisers in 43 languages.“With the launch of these new tools for export-oriented businesses in India, we want to bring stage and overcome traditional hurdles of marketing in the international market,” said Sridhar Seshadri, head online sales, Google India.

He added that since the tool determines demand based on how often the product is searched for online in a particular geography, it is quite accurate in its assessment of demand.
