Google goes on hiring spree in Ireland

DUBLIN, IRELAND: Google Inc plans to hire 200 people in a new operations center in Dublin.

Google already employs 1,500 in the Irish capital where its European headquarters are based and the new centre will work on the group's location-based products such as Google Local and Google Maps.
