Google Glass set to go on limited sales by next week

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Google has announced that it will let the ordinary person buy one of its pricey Google Glass devices on just one day. So far, the device has been limited to developers or a number of high profile people, but the general public have not been able to buy the wearable device.

Next Tuesday though, if you live in the USA, and can afford the $1,500 price tag, then you can buy a Google Glass of your own. Wannabe owners need to register with their website to get the necessary alert when the devices go on sale.

The wearable device has been controversial though, with its ability to record what it sees around without really making it clear to bystanders that they are being monitored.
