Google doodles London Olympics 2012

BANGALORE, INDIA: Internet search engine giant Google has doodled the opening ceremony of the London Olympics 2012. This Google Olympics doodle is to commemorate the official flagging off of the Olympic Games taking place in London few hours from now.

“Slumdog Millionaire” fame director Danny Boyle will be part of the opening ceremony of the London Olympics. This year's Olympic Games will be a star-studded event like all the earlier games as the best athletes from throughout the world will compete for medals in various sports categories.

Today's Google Doodle depicts Olympics events like athletics, soccer, javelin throw, archery, swimming etc.
