BANGALORE, INDIA: Go green! This software can help you save ink as well as paper, thus helping you reduce your overall printing costs. It is a simple to use tool, which installs itself as a printer. It will ask you whether you want FinePrint to be your default printer. Choose Yes, as this would make it easier to use the tool.

Now whenever you fire a print, FinePrint will open it in its own interface before it is actually printed. Here pages can be modified before they are printed. For instance, you can remove graphics present on a page, print multiple pages on a single page (it allows users to print upto 8 pages on a single page).

After FinePrint is installed on your machine, you can alter its default preferences to print multiple pages on a single page.

Whenever a print is fired, it will open inside FinePrint. Here you can preview it. It also shows how much of paper saving is done by FinePrint.

Before taking a print, you can remove graphics by checking the Remove Graphics option on FinePrint interface. Here you can also add stamp or watermark, gutter, reduce margins, etc.

To create a new watermark for your print, go to Print tab, type the text you want to appear, choose the font and sheets to apply to. You can also preview how the stamp will look like on paper.

Margins and borders of the print can also be adjusted to some paper. It also allows users to put stamps on their articles on the header or footer or users can also create custom watermarks.
