Get Karnataka SSLC, PU results online, through SMS

BANGALORE, INDIA: It is the D-Day for around 15 lakh students in Karnataka, for which they have been awaiting with bated breath.

As many as 8.5 lakh Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) students and almost 6.5 lakh Pre-University (PU) students have appeared for their respective qualifying examinations this year. While the SSLC exams were conducted between April 1 and 10, PU papers were taken from March 13 to 28.

The examination authority, Karnataka Primary and Secondary Education Board and Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB), would announce the results of SSLC by 12.30 pm and that of PU by evening.

The results will be up on the respective department websites www.kseeb.kar.nic.in, www.pue.kar.nic.in and www.karresults.nic.in.

Apart from these websites, there are other portals that would publish SSLC results including Karresults, Sslc.Kar, Exametc, Schools9, Myresultplus, Karnataka, OneIndia and Examresults.

Alternatively, there is also a personalized SMS Service for students to get their results on their mobile devices: You can either type KAR Registration Number and send it to 56263, type KAR10 Registration Number and send it to 58888 or type SSLC Registration Number and send it to 5600649.

There is also the interactive voice response (IVRS) system for BSNL users (dial-1255560); Vodafone users (dial- 56731, *123*2013#); Docomo users (dial- 888#) (GSM) and Airtel users (dial- *789*2013#).
