Geometric to buy Teksoft and Cimtronics

NEW DELHI: Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd has informed BSE that it has signed an agreement with OnCourse Technologies Inc for acquisition of Teksoft Inc. and Cimtronics Inc. for a total cash consideration of $1.75 million.

The closure of the transaction is subject to attainment of a number of conditions, which are expected to be concluded by the second week of February 2005. The company will make a final and more detailed disclosure after the closure of the transaction.
