Geometric on acquisition mode

NEW DELHI: Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd has informed BSE that the company and OnCourse Technologies, Inc. (OnCourse), a company based in Wisconsin, USA have signed a term sheet, whereby the company intends to acquire 100 percent shareholding each of Teksoft Inc., and Cimtronics Inc. Both companies are based in Arizona, USA.

The other details of this deal are being worked out and it is expected to be finalized within the next 60 days (approximately). This deal is subject to the necessary permissions of the shareholders / Board of Directors of OnCourse and other regulatory bodies, as may be required.
