Genius to organize multi-city channel meet

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Genius is planning to organize a multi-city channel meet, targeting the channel community.

In the first phase of the meet, evnts will be held in cities of Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai on Aug 24, 26 and 28. It will be followed up channel events in the cities of New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata in the second phase and in the third phase the company will target five of top B-class cities.

Genius expects around 150 plus partners at each of the locations to paricipate. The purpose of these channel meets is to launch its latest range of products—DigiCam, DVCam, new and attractive models in the mouse category, and a whole new range of tablets. Through these meets, Genius is also looking at discussing its future strategy for the Indian market with its channel community.

“This is going to be good opportunity for us to discuss our future strategy and future course of action for the Indian market. We are also aiming at familiarizing our channel partners with our latest offerings through these channel meets,” informed Sandeep Ramani, Country Manager—OBM Sales Division, KYE Systems.

Genius considers India as one of the most important and strategic markets. The company has been initiating a lot of activities targeting the channel community.
