The power meter solution is ideal for the telecom and CATV maintenance and fiber optic test labs.

This mini hand-held module, model A0670006, tests optical power within the wavelength range of 800 to 1650nm. It is resistant to dust and water, which makes it suitable for field use.

The power meter consumes little power due to its auto-off function and operates for longer time of up to 360 hours continuously with three 1.5V batteries, said a press release.

This optical power meter has a quick response time without requiring warm-up and provides low battery warning.

In addition, this optical power meter in combination with the mini handheld light source, model 20630001, offers a portable, useful testing pair, the release added.
