Futurex announces VirtuCrypt hardened enterprise security cloud

BULVERDE, USA: Futurex announced the VirtuCrypt cloud-based hardened enterprise security service. The VirtuCrypt service, launching on January 1, 2014, will offer customers the benefit of Futurex's Hardened Enterprise Security Platform technology without the overhead or effort associated with building, maintaining, and certifying a data facility.

VirtuCrypt supplies the scalability and redundancy required for 24x7x365 operation and maintains full redundancy within multiple secure SSAE 16 (SOC 1, 2, and 3), PCI DSS, and HIPAA-compliant hosting facilities.

VirtuCrypt offers features applicable to a wide range of organization types:

- Large, tier-one organizations or government entities maintaining a secure, remotely accessible, fully redundant offsite backup for their in-house Hardened Enterprise Security Platform with the capability to seamlessly scale as business needs grow
