[Funding] Shiprocket raises USD 41.3 million in Series D1 from PayPal Ventures and others

Legalwiz is one of Gujarat’s leading LegalTech firm. The startup, today, announced that it has raised Rs 3.8 crores of funding from ContCentric IT Services Private Limited. The company will use the fund to strengthen the technology stack and roll out new services and SAAS products. Further, the startup will optimize its performance for better customer engagement and UX, higher transparency in trade, tech efficiency in client management. It also aims to offer useful tools to clients for managing their taxation, compliance and other business processes.

The 4-year-old startup caters to StartUps and SMEs. It helps them enable legal, financial, corporate & taxation compliances. Thereby, helping them a robust legal tech backbone which in turn will ensure online efficiency and transparency.
