The series uses Adjacent Pattern Interference Suppression (APIS) and Configurable Automatic Impedance Calibration (AIC) touch technology and is based on the 8bit MCUF2MC-8FX Family. It also enables touch MCU to identify touch input at various temperatures and in humid environments.

The device comes with a built-in capacitive touch peripheral unit that makes capacitive touch function user friendly. The product does not need an additional software overhead as it supports capacitive touch button and slider functions, while its hardware supports capacitive touch functionality.

The series integrates various timers with multiple channels and high versatility, 10bit high resolution A/D convertor, oscillation circuit, low-voltage detection circuit, UART/SIO circuit, I2C circuit and built-in one-channel analogue comparator, which greatly reduces the number of components in the customer's system and improves product integration accordingly.
