FSLogix Apps provides Dynamic Application Visibility, which enables policy-based control of when any application is visible to individual users or groups. With FSLogix Apps, IT administrators realize the benefits of a single golden image for all Windows® applications on physical, VDI and Citrix/RDS platforms.

FSLogix Apps is emerging from successful beta testing with a wide variety of customers in the United States and international markets. Current customers include enterprise accounts in the healthcare, legal, industrial, retail and technology segments.

"FSLogix Apps is being deployed in a variety of enterprise environments, with customers already validating its significant value to the market," said Goodman, founder and CEO, FSLogix. "Because FSLogix Apps uses a new approach to application visibility, customers are discovering interesting new benefits with each deployment and we expect them to discover more as they continue to deploy it within live enterprise environments."

The deployment of FSLogix Apps in these live enterprise environments has revealed additional benefits to the FSLogix Apps approach to Dynamic Application Visibility. For example, by selectively reducing the visibility of toolbars and add-ins to certain users, session density has been greatly improved for hosted environments. In addition, license savings can be achieved by only authorizing those users who need the functionality. This new approach reduces traditional problems such as application re-packaging, performance problems, and inter-application compatibility.

FSLogix Apps is able to remove or reveal any version of any application on any image for any user in the organization. Users and applications can be selected individually or by group according to IT policy. FSLogix Apps beta software is available today. Customers can find more information about FSLogix Apps and the beta program at www.fslogix.com, or by visiting the booth (2035) to see a demo and the chance to win an iPad.
