Follow UsBANGALORE, INDIA: The annual Frost & Sullivan's INDIA ICT AWARDS 2008 will be presented at a gala event organized in the city today.
Business leaders, strategy heads and senior executives from the industry are expected to take part in the event, which will be presided by Ashok Soota, Chairman and Managing Director of Mindtree Consulting.
Frost & Sullivan presents the 'India ICT Awards 2008' to recognize companies and individuals that have pushed the boundaries of excellence - rising above the competition and demonstrating outstanding performance across the ICT sector in India.
The awards are presented to companies that demonstrate best practices in their industry, commending the diligence, commitment, and innovative business strategies required to advance in the global marketplace. Frost & Sullivan's measurement metrics on best practices aids in differentiating and highlighting the 'best in class' brands/ companies from others.
The keynote address by will be delivered by Ashok Soota, Chairman and MD, Mindtree Consulting, which will be followed by a CEO panel discussion on "Indian IT Industry – Turbulent times, New Horizons Ahead".
The panelists include Anand Rangachary, Managing Director, Frost & Sullivan (as moderator), Lt. Col (Retd) HS Bedi, Chairman and Managing Director, Tulip Telecom, and Nagendra Venkaswamy, Managing Director,Juniper Networks.
