Frontier has applied for and hopes to shortly achieve a Gold certification from LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) for Commercial Interiors (CI) from the US Green Building Council (USGBC) for this facility.

Ravi Verdes, founder and director, Frontier Business Systems, said “With the ISO 27001 certification, the efficacy of our information security practices stands vindicated and would further give confidence to our customers that their data is safe and secure within the company.”

“We decided to implement the ISO 27001 standard soon after moving to our new Green IT Facility at Bangalore in February 2009. The implementation was done by Frontier’s Internal Information Security Consulting Team and completed in a record time of three months. Frontier is expanding at a rapid pace in India, having recently set up a new state-of-the-art ‘Green’ facility in Bangalore, at an estimated investment of $ 4 million.” added Verdes.
