Freescale Tech Forum in Bangalore

NEW DELHI: Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. will organize its first Freescale Technology Forum (FTF) in India at The Leela Palace, Bangalore, on September 21 and 22.





Partners, customers, manufacturers and infrastructure providers attending the Technology Forum will experience Freescale's scalable portfolio of premier products from next-generation wireless infrastructure to the latest platform designs for converged mobile devices, the company said in a statement.





The Technology Forum is an exclusive gathering of leading technologists, and includes 40 hours of technical education and an interactive Technology Lab. Attendees also will have access to a wide array of technology demos ranging from embedded motion control to Ultra Wideband (UWB) and ZigBee.





Additionally, participants can explore the future of technology and connect with the industry's leading silicon, system and software innovators, the statement said.





The Technology Lab is an integral part of Freescale's initiatives to highlight innovations in the developer community that leverage open architectures, streamline development processes and speed time to market in the embedded intelligence and connectivity market.





Freescale's Franz J. Fink, senior vice president and general manager, Wireless & Mobile Systems Group, Joe Yiu, senior vice president and general manager, Asia, Ishrat Hakim, vice president and Professor Sadagopan, founder-director of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore will deliver the key note addresses.
