Four Soft posts profits of Rs 44.72 crore

HYDERABAD: Four Soft , a provider in software solutions for transportation and logistics industry, reported its consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2009.

The company reported a PAT of Rs 44.72 crore while the operating revenues totaled up to Rs 194.59 crore for FY09, an increase of 13.44 per cent as compared to Rs 171.53 crore in FY08, said a press release.

The EBITDA was at Rs 67.73 crore against 27.03 in last financial year and the EPS was Rs. 5 each of Rs 11.60 “The last fiscal has witnessed organic growth and successful deliveries. FourSoft gained by remaining focused on improving efficiencies and helping customers deploy cost effective solutions” said Rajshekshar Roy, CEO, Four Soft Ltd.

He added that would explore more geographies and would keep widening their market reach to achieve healthy results.

The company has established itself in the domestic market by adding 6 customers in the last one year and also hopes to further strengthen its presence by penetrating deeper into the Indian transportation and logistics industries.

Biju S Nair, CFO, Four Soft Ltd, said, “We have effected cost efficiencies without impacting growth drivers. The sustained profitable growth is a testimony to the success of the initiatives that Foursoft has embarked upon to optimize operational efficiencies and cost reduction. Significant cash inflows in last financial year have made us a financially strong organization.”
