Four Soft to acquire 2 foreign cos

NEW DELHI: Four Soft Ltd is in an agreement for acquiring 100 percent shares of Comex Frontier, a Singapore based software solutions provider and MY Comex Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian eCommerce solutions company. Both the companies operate in the freight forwarding and logistics industry vertical.

The cumulative purchase is valued at approximately SG$ 2.10 million.

Four Soft provides integrated enterprise solutions in transportation, logistics and supply chain process management.

According to the BSE website, Comex Frontier is a 11 year old company with 56 customers in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region. MY Comex is a five-year-old company with six customers in freight forwarding industry.
