Fortinet recognizes ACPL in closing high profile deals

NEW DELHI, INDIA: ACPL, a provider of information security solutions, has been honored with two awards from Fortinet - 'Best Partner in North Region - Enterprise 2013' and 'Best Deal in North Region - Enterprise 2013' recently, said a company release. 

Fortinet, a player in network security, presented these awards to ACPL respectively for closing strategic enterprise deals and meeting its revenue targets in Q1 2014.

ACPL did a particularly impressive job on a large BFSI customer, where it replaced solutions from other security vendors with Fortinet's and won praise from the customer for the quick and successful implementation.

The deal involved one of the leading players in the insurance space with corporate office in Gurgaon, Haryana and branches spread all over India. They were facing performance issues with their Core Firewall from other vendors. They wanted stability and performance with better uptime without any compromise on security.

ACPL proposed and deployed FortiGate 3600 in HA, FortiAnalyzer 2000B for logging and reporting and FortiManager 200D to manage these firewalls centrally. The migration of customer's existing solution to Fortinet's FortiGate solution was completed within the planned timelines without any services disruption, in the first go itself.
