Forrester Research recognizes TCS

MUMBAI, INDIA: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest IT services company, on Monday announced Forrester Research, Inc cited TCS as a leader in its April 20, 2011 report titled 'The Forrester Wave: SAP Services Providers, Q2 2011'.

According to the report, TCS was the first Indian provider to become a global SAP services partner and continues to be a leading offshore firm in the SAP services market.

The report also said that TCS has continued to invest in strategy consulting, making it a candidate for large, complex, transformational projects as well as its global footprint allowing it to serve clients across all of the major geographies. Key areas of industry focus include manufacturing, retail, and utilities.

TCS’ comprehensive portfolio of offerings span the complete life cycle of SAP enterprise solutions enabling enterprises to transform, enhance, and optimize. These offerings include advisory services, implementation and post-implementation support.

In addition, TCS has created industry specific solutions including dealer business management and legal management solutions.
