Former Infosys BPO Chief takes a start-up plunge

MUMBAI, INDIA: Asheesh Mehra, former Vice President and Head, Infosys BPO Asia Pacific, Japan and Middle East, has announced his maiden entrepreneurial venture, Antworks.

Antworks will provide solutions to the healthcare and financial sectors through two delivery models–BPaaS (Business Process-as-a-Service) and TaaS (Technology-as-a-Service).

Co-founded along with technology and outsourcing veteran Govind Sandhu, Antworks has already set up a 200 seat delivery center in Pune. Headquartered in Singapore, Antworks also has offices in Qatar, London and Mumbai.

"After spending 18 years in the industry, I felt this was the right time to take the plunge. The USP of the company is its customer-centric approach. Driven by the principle of customer first, our aim is to maintain Zero distance from customers which enables faster and fearless delivery of fresh technology and business process,” Mehra said.
