The company has indicated investments to the tune of Rs 4-5 crores for the acquisitions.

Focus is also bullish on the overseas market and expects its foray into the US market to be one of the key drivers in its attempt to boost its topline revenues to Rs 25 crores this year, from Rs 14 crores in 2004-05.

Focus America Inc., the company's wholly owned US subsidiary has begun to offer HR BPO services to one of India's leading IT companies in the US market, under a new contract.

Focus has already placed people onsite for the IT major, as part of the contract and expects the contract to grow in size, among others.

Veerendra P. Mathur, founder & CEO, Focus Infotech said, “The acquisitions along with expansion in the US market would not only drive our toplines, but will, in the long-term, help Focus expand the intrinsic value of its offerings. With the Indian market just waking up to Managed HR BPO services, we are optimistic about the road map ahead of Focus.”
