FLEXCUBE rated second bestseller

BANGALORE: i-flex solutions limited’s flagship product FLEXCUBE has adjudged as the world's second largest selling wholesale back office banking solution. The ranking has been provided by International Banking Systems Sales League Table for the year January-December 2001, according to a i-flex release. This is the third consecutive year that FLEXCUBE has maintained its position as one of the two largest selling back office-banking solutions in the world. This was announced to the media by an official press release.

The International Banking Systems League Table and the Retail Banking System League Table are annual surveys of the highest selling wholesale back office banking solutions and retail banking systems respectively by IBS Publishing (UK), an independent publishing house dedicated to the wholesale, retail and private banking back office systems market.

In a similar ranking of retail and private banking back office systems, FLEXCUBE was also ranked among the top two retail back office banking systems by the London based Retail Banking Systems (RBS) for the year 2001. The new ranking improves on the third position ranking the product enjoyed in the RBS Sales League Table 2000, the release stated.

FLEXCUBE is the only software product developed by an Indian company to feature in the top five wholesale back office solutions ranked by IBS, and also the only one to feature in the IBS Sales League Table for the past five years. i-flex has significantly reduced the difference between the top two slots in the IBS rankings from 12 new customer wins in 2000, to 9 new customer wins in 2001.
