i-flex FY05 PAT up 12.2%

NEW DELHI: i-flex solutions Ltd has posted a 12.2 percent increase in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 197.64 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 175.88 crore for the year ended March 31, 2004. Revenues have increased to Rs 902.86 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 from Rs 684.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.






The company has posted a 57.6 percent increase in PAT to Rs 74.72 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 47.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2004. Revenues have increased to Rs 270.86 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 from Rs 172.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.





According to the consolidated results as per Indian GAAP, the company has posted a net income of Rs 103.8 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 as compared Rs 54.7 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2004. Revenues have increased to Rs 358.6 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005from Rs 209.3 crore in the corresponding period last year.





The company has posted a net income of Rs 232.4 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 178.8 crore for the year ended March 31, 2004. Revenues have increased to Rs 1138.6 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 from Rs 788.1 crore in the corresponding period last year.





The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 100 percent i.e. Rs five per equity share.





Further the company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, inter alia, has allotted 49,250 ESOP equity shares of the face value of Rs five each to the applicant employees of the company.
