FCG India appoints new VP—HR

BANGALORE: Bangalore-based FCG Software Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. (FCG India), the fully owned subsidiary of the US based First Consulting Group (FCG), has announced the appointment of Philip K. Mammen as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining FCG India, Philip was working at Tata Elxsi Ltd. as General Manager — Human Resources.

An alumnus of Madras School of Social Work in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Philip has worked in the field of Human Resource Management for about 18 years at various organizations of repute like E.I.D Parry, Eicher Goodearth, NIIT, Mascot Systems, Oberoi Hotels and BPL Telecom. Philip has experience in the breadth and depth of HR in areas like Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR process and systems, Staffing etc.
