Facebook just changed your email address!

BANGALORE, INDIA: First, Facebook imposed Timeline on you without your permission. Now, it has changed your primary email without your knowledge.

Once you are logged in to Facebook, it seems Mark Zuckerberg loves to exercise his authority over everything typed in there. While a small percentage of the 900 million active users mind it, some accept it a Facebook policy and for those who want to protest, there will be websites offering tips to remove it.

It was strange to see that a person's email address was changed from gmail.com to facebook.com (see the screenshot). However, to offer a quick-fix, it can be changed by editing the email address.

 But in the first place, what prompted Facebook to do that? Tell us your views.
