F5 Networks has made a new announcement. They have promoted Edgar Dias as Regional VP of Channel and Partnerships for the Asia Pacific Region.

In this new role, he will drive the company’s channel and partners strategy across the region. He will also scale the company’s partner ecosystem. Dias has been with F5 since 2018 as the Regional VP India and SAARC. He was responsible for scaling the business operations and bringing multi-cloud application services offerings. Also, he brought security services to Indian enterprises.

About Dias

He has overseen a significant revenue growth in the region. Further, he has also delivered superior customer experience, and successfully expanded F5’s footprint across India and SAARC. Commenting on this promotion, Dias said, "Partners have always been a key part of F5’s overall growth strategy. With this appointment, I am excited to take our partners ecosystem to the next level- accelerating growth and offering greater value to our partners."

Dias brings over 25 years of experience to the role. Before F5, he was the Managing Director of India & SAARC at ServiceNow and earlier, at Brocade Communications. Dias will continue in his role as the Managing Director of India and SAARC until F5 searches for his replacement.
