BANGALORE: US based Exult Inc., the market leader in HR business
process outsourcing for Global 500 corporations, has licensed and employed the
neoIT system to formalize two multi-year contracts with offshore IT providers.
Exult will also use neoIT’s SVCA technology and services to complement and
streamline management and oversight of the delivery of these contracts. This was
informed by an official press release from neoIT.
"By using neoIT’s Global Services Network and SVCA technology, we were
able to broaden our reach from a few known vendors to over eleven. We expect
neoIT’s SVCA technology and services to help us continually manage the
performance of the contracts we have awarded, as well as help us source and
procure new contracts that may arise," said Exult’s executive vice
president of business model architecture, Steve Unterberger.
TPI, the global sourcing advisors talking about the transaction said,
"We were pleased to bring our partner, neoIT, to the table with Exult
during this transaction process" said, TPI’s vice chairman, Warren
Gallant. TPI believes hat the neoIT SVCA services and technology provides
tremendous value to their clients, and Exult’s results are proof of that.
neoIT’s expertise in the Indian market provided Exult with meaningful and
comprehensive assessments of the companies they received bids from. neoIT’s
recommendations were based on historical experience and knowledge that only
comes from working directly with a company. As a result, Exult was able to
select Hexaware and HCL Technologies, as the two providers who will support
Exult in executing the application support and maintenance services.
"neoIT’s SVCA technology and consulting services are designed to
assist companies such as Exult in managing the outsourcing process," said,
neoIT’s managing director, Avinash Vashistha. "To have a company of Exult’s
caliber use our technology, speaks volumes of the value that neoIT offers."
