Experience is a significant term that is directly associated with technology to understand the benefits utilities derived from it. Each and every offering that a specific technology makes to the masses is bound to deliver the basic requirement of providing a larger than life experience.

This is the experience that makes tasks and processes seem easier, an experience that is more structured, an experience that is infused with creativity and an experience that is a confluence of trends. Speaking of trends, it cannot be denied that technology has disrupted the work-front and personal space with path-breaking contributions. What we have available today as a part of the broad umbrella of intuitive technology was perhaps a dream until few years back.

We are in the era of a deeper integration that would be enabled by adopting a holistic approach towards accepting the new technologies. These technologies are not only intuitive but are intelligent and instilled with a cognitive perspective of delivery. Anything that makes work easier and automates the processes is a smart investment of time and money. Taking the example of organizational meetings, which has an extensible universe for experience and learnings regarding technological benefits. Organizations throughout the globe have been besotted by technologies available in huddle room meeting space. These are relatively new concepts that deliver solutions packed with resourcefulness. The whole idea of being developing and using these intuitive technologies are to increase efficiency and saving time and money.

According to a Frost & Sullivan survey (May, 2018), 50% of all organizations have already deployed huddle rooms, while another 30% are planning to do so in the next year. What may sound as a meeting room, is largely four walls transitioning into a canvas of creativity. It’s a necessity for organizational leaders and management to maintain transparency and maintain a regular dialogue with the extended workforce throughout the world. Their involvement is significant for functional teams to realise their potential. Hence, it is perhaps a mandate for senior leadership teams to be available pretty much everywhere which was a challenge.

However, of lately, there has been a paradigm shift in the mannerism adopted by leaders to overcome this challenge. ‘Distant meetings’ were considered an insuperable challenge, however now it seems as basic as possible. If technology and usage grow in pairs, then there is no denial that we are utility driven and tech savvy class of professionals where both approach and perception are casuist.

The value of the enterprise video conferencing market is expected to increase to 4.48bn by 2023 and last year, 64% of companies had video conferencing setups in small ‘huddle’ rooms, as pert the VC Daily report (March, 2018). Installation of such intuitive technology is governed by the thought of how deeply this work culture has penetrated us professionally. These organizational initiatives and technologies have helped expunging the barrier of distance connecting people from two corners of the world. It has now become possible for teams to be present in the same meeting by sitting two different locations. Intriguingly this sounds synergistic and calculative from the perspective of investment. Furthermore, it falls under our professional obligation to add value and contribute our bit to innovation and technology, leaving behind a legacy for the future generations.
