ESS offers end-to-end IT infrastructure management services under its TITO offering, which frees up senior management's time significantly so that they can concentrate on their core competence, i.e. conducting their business, said a press release.

It expects TITO to evolve into a popular service because of the pressure on cutting costs amongst Indian organizations in the present economic slowdown,it added.

According to Anil Bakht, managing director, ESS, “IT is one of the key functions for any successful enterprise and for organizations that depend heavily on IT applications and the networks running them, outages can prove to be extremely expensive.”

He added that the businesses are also increasingly streamlining their organizations and focusing more on their core business activities than on managing their IT environments or addressing issues such as technical manpower retention or capacity management. ESS' TITO service seeks to address these issues while ensuring quick ROI.

TITO would provide an IT infrastructure management including planning, availability, manageability and performance on a 24x7 basis for hardware, software, peripherals, networks, web space and custom applications, the release added.

ESS expects the demand for its TITO services to strengthen because of the pressure on cutting costs both amongst large and small organizations in the present global economic slowdown, the release added.
