Consolidation of the ICT infrastructure will offer Espria a high-availability, reliable central platform which can offer complete support to Espria staff, says a press release. This will ensure that Espria can continue to offer optimal care to its clients.
“Slim reuse of existing IT resources and simple architecture has led Espria to a cooperation with Proact,” says Olav Palm, IT Manager at Espria. The platform will be constructed with a high end NetApp storage environment. “Proact will contribute its expertise and cooperation through a four-year maintenance and support contract that it undertakes independently as an organisation,” says Frans Walet, Business Unit Manager Healthcare at Proact.

Construction to realise this NetApp platform will be carried out by both organisations in the coming months. The high-availability Factory Metrocluster is suitable for optimal use of data, performance, growth and management interfaces.
Lucas den Os, Managing Director Proact Benelux, is pleased with the agreement, “It is really great to think that we are entering into a cooperation with the Espria Group. Espria’s clients include people of all ages who have a handicap or need for support. Espria ensures that they maintain control of their own lives and can continue to be active in the community and we at Proact are pleased to do our bit by supplying a reliable storage infrastructure.”
