Epson India draws spotlight on budding talent

BANGALORE, INDIA: Epson, a provider in digital imaging and printing solutions has launched the 2010 edition of the Epson Creative Imaging Contest.

An innovative contest for school children, this event will provide the perfect platform for children to explore their latent creative potential, or perhaps hone it to an all new level.

Participation in the contest is open to all children across the country in the age group of 8-16 years, said a press release.

This contest is an ideal platform for participants to explore art in various forms covering photography, painting, sketching, digital graphics; miniature models, paper craft, collages and any other form of paper.

The company is hoping to reach out to 800 schools in 10 cities to hunt for the most creative young Indian for the second year running.

This year too Epson will reward the winners with exciting prizes like All in One Printers. In addition every child that wins a prize automatically wins his school the same prize as well.

The top prize for the contest is a memorable and an unforgettable reward for any budding talent again this year. The winner of the contest will be rewarded with an all expense paid trip to Japan to receive his award.
