Epson cuts Inkjet prices

BANGALORE: EPSON India has announced that it has reduced the price of its hugely popular entry level color inkjet printer, the Stylus C41SX, as well as its mid-end printer the Stylus C61. The Stylus C41SX will now be available at an MRP of just Rs 3,150/-, as against Rs 3,950/- earlier. The Stylus C61 will be available at Rs 6,495/- down from Rs 7,495/-. The EPSON Stylus C41SX and C61 are targeted at the Home and SOHO segments.

According to Suresh G, Business Manager, Consumer Products, "It has always been our effort to bring technology closer to the end user by making our products both user friendly and affordable. This is but another step in that direction."

The EPSON Stylus C41SX, the only entry-level printer to come with built-in photo quality printing, is optimized for speed and incorporates cost-saving features to maximize its usage and value to the consumer. In a market dominated by 600dpi printers, this printer now offers the Home and Small Office segment a brilliant 1440 dpi resolution and maximum speed of 12 pages per minute.
