End-point IT helps BEL save 90 pc time

MUMBAI, INDIA: Security vendor eScan states it has been successfully securing the end-points of Bajaj Electricals Limited (BEL), since last seven years.

BEL is an electrical equipment manufacturing company that has diversified interests in lighting, luminaries, appliances, fans, and engineering projects. The area of concern for Bajaj Electricals was manageability of its endpoints from central location. After implementing eScan Corporate Edition, BEL has been able to achieve minimum outbreaks and save 90 per cent of the time of their employees.

As per a press note, BEL wanted a solution for their end-points which could be managed from central location, as several data leaks were found due to weaker system structure that led to latency in manageability and support. They were even looking for central location utility for updating functional aspects.

After implementation, employees saved 90 per cent of their time which helped in enhancing the overall productivity." the note elaborates.
