Encore’s VoIP solution gets into Japan, Taiwan

BANGALORE: Encore Software Limited has licensed its VoIP solution to two

large multinational corporations abroad. One of them being an analog modem

manufacturer in Taiwan and the other an electronic equipment manufacturer in

Japan.

Encore’s VoIP solution comprises VoIP protocol stacks and the DSP sub

system. Both these components are developed and licensed by Encore.

The DSP sub system is available for Texas Instrument's TMS320C54x and

TMS320C62x series of DSPs. The protocol stacks are available as C Code on the

Linux, VxWorks, pSOS, Nucleus platforms. Encore has expertise available to port

the above protocols and DSP algorithms to the customer's target platform or

processors.

main goal of our team was to get the smallest code in the world out first, as

our main target is the Embedded product segment. Encore is the only company

providing a complete VoIP solution worldwide. We are already in talks with many

Indian and foreign multinationals to build VoIP products for them," said

head of Encore’s global business development, Prithviraj Puttaraju.
