HOPKINTON: EMC Corporation today announced its IT Compliance Analyzer – Application Edition, Smarts IPv6 Availability Manager, IT Process Center, and IT Performance Reporter – Network Edition, to help customers automate their data center operations.

These new solutions strengthen the company’s IT service delivery management offerings.

“Over the past decade, the sheer number and management complexity of elements in the storage, server, network and application domains have made it nearly impossible for companies to get a handle on their IT resources and the business and information services they support,” said Dennis Drogseth, vice president, Enterprise Management Associates. “To get the most of their IT investments, companies today demand a clear line-of-sight across their IT infrastructures, and the ability to manage disparate domains holistically.”

EMC offers advanced solutions helping customers automate their data center operations.

With a unique set of products enabling closed-loop automation, EMC’s products conduct comprehensive discovery, compliance, analysis, automation and visualization across the IT infrastructure.

This automation process enables companies to discover what IT resources they have, check for compliance to policies, isolate root-cause problems, and immediately fix any issues, an EMC statement said.

Leveraging this model-based, intelligent software, customers are now able to take a service-centric approach to IT management and gain insight into how their information infrastructures support key business services, EMC statement added.
