CHENNAI: EloraSoft in order to meet the Indian market trend is now providing
c-Fabric solution as c-Fabric Field Force Automation, catering to marketing and
sales, c-Fabric Supply Chain Management for planning and logistics and c-Fabric
Relationship Management for customer service. The company had launched c-Fabric,
a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution, some two years back, but
following resistance to CRM in the Indian market it had to make a course
correction.
EloraSoft has registered offices in United States, New Zealand and India.
"Personally I feel customer sales through CRM will take another two years
to pick up in India. For a lot of people here, CRM means different. When we hit
India with c-Fabric, we contacted nearly 500-600 CEO's of various companies, but
they were not willing to accept CRM though they are aware of it. Indian
companies do not look for long standing solution, rather their demand is for bit
by bit solution according to their current requirements," said EloraSoft
Corporation CEO and director Yeshwanth Sriram.
c-Fabric (Collaboration Fabric) solution provides choice of architecture and
platform and supports Linux, Solaris, and Windows NT/2000 addressing the
critical sales, services and planning requirements of a company. EloraSoft is a
pure Internet based application that connects the regional office, Channel and
head office into a single information repository. It has an integrated email
facility and also supports multiple WAP enabled devices for accessing critical
data.
EloraSoft's sales and marketing (Field Force Automation) solution is a
top-line cash machine that helps companies to increase their top-line through
increased sales. It reduces lost opportunities due to lack of real-time
collaboration, centralized information and ensures conversions through timely
follow-ups. The solution features campaign management, lead response capture and
qualification, auto-routing of prospects, prospect opportunity tracking, daily
sales activity tracking and complete invoicing and billing system.
c-Fabric marketing and planning solution primarily targeted at the
manufacturing industry is a bottom-line cash machine to help companies decrease
costs resulting from dynamic market demands. This solution integrates order and
sales forecasting module, central manufacturing schedule planner with built-in
materials, production and logistics planner, daily sales activity tracking
module etc.
Though CRM did not catch up, EloraSoft has designed Relationship Management
for customer service. Very shortly, EloraSoft is planning to launch Workgroup
similar to Lotus Domino, which will course activities like calendering, email
facility, action item etc of any organization through it. According Sriram they
don't want to leave any organization they approach with a no.
Expectations are pretty high for Elorasoft with good offers in the pipeline.
They aim to achieve Rs 2.5 crore in the coming fiscal. "You can build a
large company based on the cash flow rather than on any external support,"
believes Sriram.
