Elnet Tech declares 10% dividend

Elnet Technologies Ltd. has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the

board at its meeting held today (May 13, 2002) has declared a dividend of 10 per

cent on the company`s paid up equity capital. The dividend if approved by

members at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM) on June 17, 2002 would be

Rupee one per share on share capital with a face value Rs 10 per share. Such of

those members whose names appear in the register of members of the company as on

June 17, 2002 being the record date will be eligible for dividend.
