Eduvanz ropes in Namita Vyas as VP Investor & Corp Relations to fortify its business

Eduvanz is one of India’s top fintech Non-banking Finance Company (NBFC). It enables students to Study Now, Pay Later at 0% interest rates. The company has recently announced the appointment of Namita Vyas as the Vice President Investor and Corporate Relations. Namita will drive strategic growth initiatives and manage the deal structure with Eduvanz’s Debt & Equity Partners. Her hiring will ensure that Eduvanz continues to scale-up and respond to the fast-changing needs of its institutional partners and target consumers, i.e learners.

Under her leadership, Eduvanz will work on launching multiple growth products. Thus, it will help students and working professionals get access to thousands of courses from across the globe. The aspirants will get counselling and guidance to ensure that the course they chose matches their career path. She will also be responsible for driving the business and building the core eLearning ecosystem at Eduvanz.

About Namita Vyas

Namita brings with her 12+ years of experience. She specializes in fundraising, building businesses, and driving growth strategies. Before joining Eduvanz, she was with SMEcorner. Here, she was an integral part of the management since inception and was heading strategy, investor relations, and bank partnerships. Her past companies include Citi Bank, Standard & Poor's, and Infosys where she managed a large portfolio of companies across different geographies in the BFSI, power, real estate, and metals and mining sectors.

Namita holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from D. J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. She is also an MBA (PGDM) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
