Educomp signs ICT contract with 395 schools

BANGALORE, INDIA: Educomp Solutions today announced that it has received contracts from 395 schools under the ICT segment.

The company has bagged the contracts from 208 schools in Rajasthan and 187 in Jharkhand, taking the total number of schools in the Educomp portfolio to up to 6,399.

Educomp also announced that it has added two new states to its existing operations. The company now works with 11 states in India.

"Many new states are continuing to choose Educomp's superior ICT programs which enable students to achieve designated learning outcomes by leveraging Educomp's intellectual property and digital content libraries. We are also delighted to work with Jharkhand and Rajasthan in addition to the nine other states that we work with," said Shantanu Prakash, chief executive officer, Educomp.
