BANGALORE: E4e Inc. which has a stake in four companies - namely Aztec, Icelerate, Vinciti Networks and iSeva - is moving into a new facility in Bangalore, which will house all the four companies, during the last week of October this year.

The existing facilities of the four companies would remain as they are. The expansion into the 1,00,000 sq ft "e4e Towers" has been initiated so that the e4e's "synergetic services" or projects handled by the portfolio companies involving common clients could be done under one roof.

e4e Indian operations president, Anand Talwai said, "The new building will accommodate around 900 employees. Of these, we hope to have 200 new hires for Aztec, around 100 in Vinciti Networks, 80-90 in Icelerate and the rest in iSeva by end of next year."

The four companies have a common business development team in the US. When asked if e4e would go for an umbrella branding exercise, Talwai said that though e4e was a common factor among the four companies, each one of the firms had a specific focus, but would work in a parallel-processing mode.

The group expects to touch between $125 million - $150 million revenue by end of 2005-06.
