e4e bags second place in BPO-ITeS industry Employee Satisfaction Survey

The recent survey conducted by IDC India on behalf of Dataquest magazine is a testimony to e4e Business Solutions India's strength. The company has been ranked among the top two employers consecutively for four years in a row in the DQ-IDC INDIA BPO Employee Satisfaction Survey.

The DQ-IDC INDIA BPO ESAT SURVEY 2007, administered among BPO/ITES companies across the country, revealed that e4e Business Solutions India outscored the rest by a healthy margin in almost all employee parameters, like work culture, job content, training, salary, people and appraisal.
