In this regard, Prime View International has garnered the support of CMO's 5G production plant. By offering full support, CMO has also ensured itself a chance to make a foray into the e-paper mart.

It may be recalled that PVI had bought out Korea-based Hydis in 2008 in its effort aimed at boosting production capacity by four times. This came about in a market that was seeing added growth in the e-paper scene.

The company is now believed to be garnering more support from the CMO's 5G production lines, and this would, in turn, boost profitability and strengthen its global e-paper market share.

The company has reiterated that support from CMO's 5G production lines is sure to enable PVI to provide more cost-competitive products to customers in the face of rapid demand growth in the e-paper market.

According to a DigiTimes report, as a result of the collaboration, CMO can spruce up its presence in the e-paper industry. Further, its 5G production lines stand a chance to have a wider range of applications that would push its overall efficiency in capacity allocation.
