E-Lock releases first compliant assurance management product

PUNE: E-Lock Technologies has released Assured 4.0 — the first E-sign compliant assurance management product. Assured Office 4.0 includes many new features that tailor the application of digital signatures within the organization’s business processes.

According to the company, the product has the ability to create and administer signing policies and the ability for multiple people to view and sign a document through an approval management process. It can also restrict access to high value documents. Assured Office 4.0 also provides for the electronic representation of handwritten signatures, batch approvals, insertion of a time stamp, real time online- validation of digital certificates and the ability to create user profiles, which assist in expediting the usage of these features in the signing process.

Assured Office 4.0 also takes into consideration the security needs to be managed and controlled and not simply applied to processes. It provides security policies that allow organizations to define how security is applied, by whom and in what sequence.

In addition to this, the company also provides a free verification tool E-Lock Reader, which allows users to view and verify digitally signed files without the need to have Assured Office installed. E-Lock Reader is the ideal solution for users that do not participate in the signing of data. Users that only need to verify signed documents can opt for the E-Lock Reader, which is a free product, instead of having to purchase a license of Assured Office installed.
