DPS in a franchise licensing agreement with PAR

BANGALORE: Pune-based content processing and application development company, DPS (Digital Publishing Solutions), has signed partnership with PAR Computers. As per this contract, DPS has entered into a franchise licensing agreement with PAR Computers. The partnership will cover projects using DX Content Factory, a complete content digitization and conversion and processing facility solution available for franchise licensing.

PAR Computers, CEO, Kartik, said, "We gain from DX Content Factory as it provides the ability to address widest range of content production requirements to a consistent quality and productivity standard to allow us to take advantage of all content production and development opportunities. The Primary License Fee is a one-time transaction for the entire production solution. It authorizes PAR Computers to operate the methods and software and to generate revenue within the scope of the license agreement. It also entitles PAR Computers to access the Franchisee support program and avail a wide range of additional support services. The minimum number of seats in the core license is five."
