Dhanus launches V- Tel Mobile

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Dhanus Technologies Ltd today launched its V-Tel Mobile service.

A company press release said that V-Tel Mobile service will be available for all GSM-based subscribers and can be used across 229 countries with more than 250 mobile phone service providers.

V-tel Mobile offers free incoming calls in over 50 countries and charges discounted rates for home country calls as well as for calls made within the respective country during travel.

This will help international travelers save call charges by 95 per cent.

The service from Dhanus will be helpful for international travelers who spend huge sums on making or receiving international calls.

V-Tel Mobile will extend the convenience of being reachable anytime and anywhere, globally without the customer being perturbed by the call cost.

Sudhindhra, executive chairman, Dhanus Technologies, said, "With the Indian Telecommunications market booming and with about 10 million Indians traveling abroad every year, it is estimated that one in every four of the next billion subscribers will be an Indian; and this provides immense potential to offer V-Tel mobile services to Indians who travel abroad frequently."
