The websites will have information on the country, social safety nets, disaster warning, among other data, Anir Chowdhury, an official at the Prime Minister's Office, said.

They will also include documents on land management, and forums for farmers and fishery workers, The Daily Star reported on Sunday.

The websites will be launched under the National Portal Framework (NPF).

The government will finance the training of officials for operating and updating contents on the websites, Chowdhury said at a seminar on Saturday.

Content providers will be able to update and share data.
