Features: Xerox Corporation is adding more multifunction muscle to the
network printing market with the introduction of its fastest-ever desktop
multifunction system. The Xerox WorkCentre 4150 multifunction printer is
designed and sold like a printer but offers copying, scanning and faxing to help
people work better in businesses from small to large.

Starting at a base price of $2,199 in the US and with speeds up to 45 pages per
minute, the WorkCentre 4150 is the first Xerox multifunction product in its
class — A4 size with advanced features — to be sold through channel partners
serving a broad base of customers. Its pricing for the Indian market will be
announced soon.

The company also is expanding its portfolio of single-function printers —
black-and-white and color — in developing markets. The Phaser 6110, Phaser
3125 and Phaser 3428 enhance business productivity at affordable prices.

The WorkCentre 4150 black-and-white multifunction printer is
available in flexible configurations, from a basic copy-only version to an
advanced version that prints, copies, scan and faxes. It is the only product in
its class to offer automatic two-sided printing on all configurations, making it
less expensive than competitive products that offer this feature.

The WorkCentre 4150's multitasking abilities — which enable people to print,
copy, color scan and fax at the same time without waiting for a prior job to
finish — stand out among the competition. It is the only product in its class
to include features such as Print Queue Management and Automatic Print Around,
which lets people move important jobs to the front of the queue and eliminate
“traffic jams” by immediately bypassing jobs in the queue that need special
types or sizes of paper. These capabilities help maximize productivity within
busy enterprise workgroups.

Step-by-step network installation and a simple touch-screen interface make it
easy for offices to set up and maintain the printer, with or without dedicated
IT support.

The WorkCentre 4150 also offers network authentication, a feature that provides
an added level of security for businesses by requiring user names and passwords
to access scan, e-mail and fax features. Additional capabilities include ID Card
Copy, which can copy both sides of an identification or insurance card onto one
page in fewer steps than any competitive product. ID Card Copy is essential for
medical and healthcare organizations that want to create patient files faster
and reduce paper waste.

Phaser Series Printers

Xerox's Phaser single function printer
Xerox has also expanded its single function printer series and
launched Phaser 6110, Phaser 3125 and Phaser 3428. The Phaser 6110 color laser
printer prints up to four pages per minute in color and 17 pages per minute on
letter-sized paper in black and white at a print resolution of 2400 x 600 dpi.
Starting at a base price of $300 in the US, the Phaser 6110 comes in two models:
a direct-connect printer and a network-ready printer. Both have high-quality
color-laser printing and small footprints and are lightweight and quiet. With
several advanced features such as booklet printing, poster creation and
manual-duplex printing, they also provide flexibility for businesses to create
everything from sales proposals and presentations to promotional brochures.

The Xerox Phaser 3428 black-and-white laser printer is available in two models:
the Phaser 3428D and Phaser 3428DN, starting at a baseline price of $ 500 in the
US. Both models feature automatic two-sided printing, which is typically found
only in much larger and more expensive laser printers. With a 400 MHz processor,
the Phaser 3428 prints up to 30 pages per minute on letter-sized paper and has a
first-page-out time as fast as 8.5 seconds, allowing businesses to quickly
complete large print jobs.

The Xerox Phaser 3125 black-and-white laser printer comes in two models — the
3125 and the 3125N priced at $250 and $300 respectively in the US. The Phaser
3125N version adds network functionality and is one of the lowest priced network
printers on the market today. Both models come with 32MB of memory — more than
in competitive printers in this class — and a 400 MHz processor, enabling each
printer model to take on the rigors of any dynamic business environment.

The exact pricing of these models in the Indian market will be announced soon.

Availability

The Xerox WorkCentre 4150, Phaser 6110, Phaser 3428 and Phaser 3125

The WorkCentre 4150, Phaser 6110 and 3428 will be launched in India in a couple
of weeks, while the Phaser 3125 will be available in the country in early 2007.
